Hello, I am trying to integrate Events Booking (EB) with Jomsocial (JS) event module.
Ideally, I would like to create an event in EB and then have it automatically get setup as an event in JS’s events, especially the title and description.
The registration and payment would be handled by EB. In JS events, the EB event would show up in a special category, then community members in JS can read about the event and click on a link in JS events to register. This would take them to the EB registration system. Once registration is complete, I would like for the EB system to automatically update JS community profile to show that member registered for that event in JS events and on their profile.
Also is there a way to setup EB so that once a person is registered, he gets his profile showing that he is attending the event in JS and gets added to a JS group that is setup for that specific event so members can connect with each other in that group for that event.
Ideally, I got EB to setup special events and travel packages we put together or help market. Is there a way we can setup EB so there is multiple calendars that like to categories of events (or multiple categories in one type of events calendar). For example, an events calendar specific for travel, listing several travel categories (vacations, retreats, cruises) in that calendar. Then a separate calendar for Special Events In My City, which lists only events that are going on in the city. Also a special calendar for National Events.
