Cart works,but only one confirmation e-mail

Cart works,but only one confirmation e-mail was created by Chris Knudtson
I have the shopping cart working perfectly where users can register for multiple events. However the component is only sending the confirmation e-mail for one of the events. How can I get it to send a confirmation e-mail for each event that the user has registered for?

Hi Chris

When you use shopping cart feature and register for multiple events, the system will still send only one email. In that emails, all the events which you registered for will be listed ? Do you see that ? If not, please go to extensions -> plugins manager, find and publish the "Events Booking - Cart Update" plugin.

As an administrator, I get an e-mail that someone registered for multiple events. However, I need for the actual registrant to get an e-mail for each event. Right now it is only sending one e-mail to the registrant for just one of the events they registered for. Each event contains a unique call-in number and access code that the registrant needs to call into. The Event Booking - Cart Update is installed and is published. Thoughts?

Hi Chris

Unfortunately, the extension doesn't send multiple emails. I just sent one email contains all events which registrant registered for. That's how it is designed to work.

If you want the system to send different emails, you will need to customize code of the extension as the feature is not supported.
