Reserve a Date Like Payment Form Extension was created by Roger Cleworth
Rather than have a customer submit their own even through Event Booking, I would like a form to be filled out similar to the Payment Form Extension. I can make the form on Payment Form but the menu links for both extensions become complicated. For example Payments form menu item is "Payment History" Event Booking's menu item is Registration History. I would need two menu items and have to explain which item goes to Payment Form and which goes to Event Booking. This will be very confusing. I could use the "Submit Event" feature of Event booking instead of Payment Form but this gives the user too many variables to manage, and they can edit the variables too. It also does not allow the admin to set the price for each registrant. I would not want the user to have access to any of the settings of the form, no rates information, no access information.

Hi Roger

The front-end event submission form in Events Booking is designed not only for front-end users but also for managers of website (who don't have access to backend) to submit events. That's the reason it has all the fields .

I think in this case, you should find a developer to help you to customize the form to meet your need (you can remove any fields you don't want). Look at the file components/com_eventbooking/views/event/tmpl/form.php and if you know alitle PHP programming, you will be able to do the modification .
