Events without a Date

I want to create Events without a specific Date an Time.

The Applicants will provide there wishes, so we can set the Date after booking.

Is it possible, to deactivate these fields in the form?

Just set event date to 2099-12-31 00:00:00 and it should work OK

thx for the quick reply. If I do this, I would need a separate registration form, that does not show the date. also in the events overview no date should be shown for this event.
also if I edit the event again, I get asked to enter a date, because it is not saved after the first time.

I would love to have the possibility to add events that can be booked with all the information, but without a date (or an option to show no date, if this is easier). So you could sell for instance a block of 10 tickets, that the customer could use whenever he likes.

1. We don't have a separate registration form to use. Normally, the event date also not shown on registration form, could you send me the link to the page so that I can understand it better?

2. I am not sure why you have to re-enter the date. It should be kept as how it's. Maybe it's because Mysql version uses on your server somehow (guess it doesn't allow using that large date). For now, when you edit, please help re-enter it. Maybe I will try to change that large date to a smaller date in the future

An example:
A yoga studio has regular classes each wednesday. You could book a block of 10 tickets for this lesson, that you can use whenever you like, so they are not bound to a certain date but to this regular series of events.

How could I offer this kind of tickets, when they need a date in the system, but actually can be used every wednesday?
