Not receiving some emails was created by Meaghen Damato
Hello,
I have been having an issue with receiving email notifications. I do not always receive the notifications. I am having the notifications sent to two separate email addresses, each on different email servers. Sometimes I don't receive the notification on only one address and sometimes it's both addresses. Both email providers say that there is nothing wrong on their end. Wondering if it could have to do with the PHP in Event Booking itself. Have you had anyone else with this issue? I've attached screenshots of my settings in Joomla. Any ideas?
Thank you for your time.

Hi Meaghen
It is not anything related to PHP settings in Events Booking. Events Booking simply use Joomla core function JUtility::sendMails() to send emails when someone register for your events.
The reason sometime it doesn't work likely causes by your mail server. For example :
- Sometime the mail server doesn't work.
- Some of servers (for example Bluehost hosting) only limit number of emails can be sent per hour to 150 emails. So if your server sent more than 150 emails per hours, these emails won't be sent.
As I said, this is something not related to Events Booking, so I am afraid of we could not do anything in this case.
