EBRegister plugin not working

I am trying to use the ebregister feature, but am having problems. I followed the instructions in EMBED AN EVENT INTO AN ARTICLE.

I made sure the plugin is enabled, then went to my article and added the code {ebregister 19} to my article where I wanted to see the event details, and saved it. But when I go tot he article page I get a black browser window. Nothing shows up at all. I redownloaded EB and reinstalled it, check the plugin and my code and it is all good, but still a blank browser window.

There must be something wrong from your settings or your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you right away !
