Skip the confirmation step

@djaber: At the moment, the bypass confirmation page option is not available in the extension yet. Will try my best to work on it next week. For now, please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can edit the code to add the red bold text for you.

As replied via support ticket, this feature is not available at the moment. However, we are working on it and add support for this feature in about 3 weeks from today. Please wait for us !
