Buying 2 events, only 1 confirmation email is sent

Hi there, my client sells seats to her webinars. For each webinar she sends a specific email containing the link to join along with the phone conference information.

Her customers often buy more than one event at a time, but Events Booking is NOT sending the email for each event. This is a very BIG problem we need solved ASAP. I have been through all of the settings i can find, but I don't see any place where I've missed setting this requirement.

I don't want to switch away from this component, but my client is very frustrated and is losing money over this.

I am sorry but the system is not designed to work like that. The system only sent an email including booking details even if you book one or 10 events at a time . That's how the system designed to work, not a bug .

I am not sure whether there are any extension have the feature you requested. If you found one, maybe you will need to switch to that extension. If not, we will have to customize Events Booking to have the feature. From what I see, I believe none of existing extensions have this feature .

Hi Tuan, it's now morning here; I apologize for the delayed response. I too spent time last evening looking at other extensions and I didn't see any that would send multiple emails. So if you can customize yours to do so, it would be a real advantage for you and for us.

Please propose a price for such a customization. I believe you have my personal email and can contact me directly.

And yes, please we do need the Authorize.net SIM customization as well.
