I need to allow registrants to click a check box that would give them $100 off the price of their registration. I don't want use a coupon code because I also need for them to enter a value in the comment box to confirm they're eligible for the discount, so I want the fields to be together on the form. Also, I want to set up another fee field for a separate event that will allow the users to enter a value in a text field and get a $100 discount times that value amount. Is this possible? I tried setting up fee fields with negative values, but they're not working.
I'm desperate to get this working, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd even be willing to pay for your help. I'm running Event Booking version1.3.1 in a Joomla 1.5.26 installation.
