The description for the Early Bird discount field says:
Early bird discount date
If user register before or on this date, they will get the discount you specicy above
But we set the date to Nov 10, 2012 and people that registered on November 9, 2012 received the discount, but those registering on Nov 10 did not. We had to change the date setting to Nov 11 for people to receive the discount on Nov 10.
Is this a software bug or is the language in the Description wrong?
If the latter, the language should say:
Early bird discount date
If user registers before this date, they will get the discount you specify above
