Sending mass email

Is it possible to send an email to all registered users when a new event is created? I have a plugin that sends an email anytime an article is published and it would be nice if the same functionality was available for events. For now, after creating an event I create a temporary article saying the event was created to let my users know. While this works, it would be nice not have to do this extra step.

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported in Events Booking. Events Booking only allows you to send mass mails to all registrants of an event. It doesn't have feature allow you to send emails when a new event created
