Hi,

I have both Offline and PayPal Payments for my events. I see a random "Transaction ID" but it does not match up with the "Transaction ID" from PayPal. How do I get the records to show the PayPal "Transaction ID" . With no link to PayPal it is going to be very hard to match up the records.

Hi bcsgroup

As replied via support ticket, the Transaction ID should be Paypal transaction ID. In this case, I guess there is something related to your Paypal account. So please reply me via support ticket so that we can check it together !
