Capacity and recurring time issue

Hello,

From last few days, I'm facing event capacity and recurring time issue.

First:
If capacity is set to 8 then number of registrants are 9 but it should not allow 9th one to register? It happens with few events not every event.

Second:
And another problem is with time, let's say if i set 7 recurring after every 1 Week at 7PM then it create first event at 7PM but other 6 recurring are created with one hour behind mean at 6PM. I have to manually correct the time of each created event which really waste lot of time.

Please help me fix this. Thanks

The issue with changing time one hour can be fixed by upgrading to latest version (version 1.5.2). So please upgrade to this latest version, then use Fix Daylight saving time issue feature of this version to solve this issue.

For the issue number of registrants over the event capacity , it is a difficult issue in case your site has very high traffict. Please give me this week to find best solution for this issue .

I am having the same issue with capacity - event was set to 25 but so far 26 have registered - I had to manually unpublish the event to prevent more reg's. Please let me know if there is a fix
I am using 1.4.5 and cant upgrade due to several modifications i have applied so i would appreciate if there is a direct code fix i can apply.

Could you please give me more information about the last registration record ? Is it an individual or group registration ?
