Showing complete schedule of events on Calendar

I just purchased Event Booking software and have had no problems installing or configuratin it for initial use. However, I have a very specific need based o the type of events that I am booking. I am using the software to book multiple league events, each of the events runs n number of weeks. It's important that the event show up in the calendar's and on the recent events list for each of the days that they are scheduled.

I tried using the mini-calendar and he calendar of events, but in both cases I had a single event that was described as running for eight weeks on Thursday night starting on 9/27. The calendar showed the event on 9./27 but not on any of the ensuing Thursdays. How do I configure either the event or the calendar(s) and the recent activities list to show that the activity is occuring on each of those 8 Thursdays?


Without this functionality, this booking software does not provide the functionality that I require, so I'm really hoping that there is a way to make this work.
