Different Discount coupons based on CB user-level?

Hi guys,

I have a client who has been using Community Builder and Even Booking on their site and is very happy with how it has worked up until now.

However, they have just requested a feature which I am not sure I can implement for them:

Does anyone (or Tuan) know if it is possible to have 2 discount codes for one category of events? These would need to be automatically displayed on the front end based on the users CB user-level parameters. For example, students could be given 20% discount while normal members are given 10%?

I am hoping this is possible as my client needs it !!

Hi Sean

I think you cannot use coupons for this purpose. You will need to user Member Discount feature. Unfortunately, at the moment, it doesn't allow you to separate discount for different member groups, so I think in this case, we will have to customize code to have this feature. I sent you an email earlier today about using 100% discount coupons codes but this sounds like a good solution for me too
