Event reminder emails weird

Hi
I have 85 events or so that reminders just went out to 1300+ registrations. All went out I think (no way of really checking) however they have a glitch which is sending us mad???

Every subject line was incorrect, but the content of the email was correct! So all our students are now confused on which classes they have registered for ....

Too late now for this major event, but how do I correct this for next time?
