Wrong language for Paypal

Having the same problem, I think, but in UK where payment using credit card (buyer without a paypal account) is taken through US identity questions like US State and not UK County also US Zip Code and not UK Post Code. I am sure this must be a language thing again. I can edit the os_paypal.php file to alter the US in the setParam lines, as per previous Italian post, but what is the right code? UK maybe or GB maybe?
