Upgrading from 1.4.1 to 1.4.5/6 ? Changelog help

I have version 1.4.1 in my site which has had the below files modified slightly.

Can you please let me knwo if any of these files have been changed between 1.4.1 and the current version?

Also does the current version have the capability of adding tax for events now?

Unfortunately, we don't have a list of changed files (there are many files were modified from a version to new version). So in this case, I think you will have to get latest version, then compare the files between two versions to see what files have been changed and edit it to meet your need.
