Paypal Sandbox Problem

Hi guys.....
forgive me for this noobie question, but I cannot get the Test Paypal function to work with EventBooking.
The Lve one works very well.

I have a Sandbox account, email is xxxxx@xxxxx.com, ..... this is Unverified. This is the main login account for the Sandbox.
There are 2 test accounts within this, BOTH Verified.... these are xxxxxxx_per@xxxxx.com for the Personal account, and xxxxx_biz@xxxx.com for the Business account.

When I set the EventBooking paypay email address to xxxxx@xxxxx.com (main login account ), I just get a 'log in to Sandbox' message, and cannot see the details of the transaction.

If I use the live method, with the proper live account (different email), everything works well.
What am I doing wrong?

Could you please explain more detail about the problem ? You cannot complete payment while using Paypal Test account ? Or you could not login to your test account to check the transaction ?

Also, as you said, it works well for Paypal Live Mode (which is all you needed), why do you want to check it again with test mode ?

thank you for your reply.

When I use the Paypal test account, iI cannot see the details of the course I am booking..... If you look at my screen print in my first post, all I see is the top part of the screen.... it just says "Please Log In to Use The Sandbox Features."
there is no indication of the event I am paying for, or the amount.

However, when I use the Live Paypal site, (If you look at my screen print again), I see the details on the bottom of the screen print.... that is.... I can see all the details of the event and the amount to be paid etc....

I need to check this in the Test mode because the site is just now being developed, and there will be a lot of test bookings made, to test this, and all other parts pf the site..... so I cannot really use the Live Paypal at the oment.

Thank you for your time, and I hope there may be an answer on this.

Hi

It seems you haven't used Paypal Sandbox before. That's how Paypal Sandbox feature works. You first need to login to sandbox website first (using the main account you registered on the sandbox site).

After that, you can login to process payment using the buyer account as if you are working on Live Mode .

Please do that and everything will work well .

Of if you want to make different tests using live Paypal account (in case you don't know how to use Test Mode), you can test it with a very small transactions like 0.01$ !
