Bookingtool for motorcycle events some questions

Hi there!
I want to make an booking tool for motorcycle events.
The Event Booking component make all basics what i need
What i need inside in an event, is some Checkboxes where the user can select
the drivergroup (Beginner, Advanced,...). possible? how?

Next is: The same Event should be bookable for one day, or more days
can i do this with one Event or should i make two events (one for 1 day, one for 2 days)?

the user can choose paypal and sofortüberweisung ( www.payment-network.com/ )
i read paypal is integreated. do you have an issue for sofortüberweisung?
