Blank screen after pressing Process Registration

I'm getting a blank screen after I press the Process Registration button. After pressing the button the registrant is added to the database but no e-mails are being sent out and there isn't a final thank you message on the screen, it's just blank. Can someone please provide me with some assistance? I'm supposed to have the site go live on Friday and if this isn't resolved I could be in big trouble.

I am really sorry for lately response. My father in law died and I could not work in the last few days (just come back to office in last night). I believe it is something on your site causing the issue, please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you.

Hello Tuan,

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Due to the fact that I had to go live with my website for registration, I ended up having to change the setup to have the workshops as custom fields. The only problem is now I won't be able to limit how many people sign up for each workshop. I mistakenly overwrote my test site so as soon as I get it back up and running I will give you my admin info so that you can possibly help me for future registrations.
