Multiple ticket options for the 1 event was created by Karl Kaczmarczyk
Hello - I have installed the booking component but don't seem to be able to set my event up as I need to set it up and was hoping someone can help please.
I would like to set up an event as follows
1 event
3 ticket types
Full time student ($60) with the ability to select 1-10 and enter their details
Concession ($200) with the ability to select 1-10 and enter their details
Adult ($250) with the ability to select 1-10 and enter their details
the customer should be able to select one or all of these options in one transaction
I have attached a graphic representation of how I see it working
regards Karl

Hi Karl
Unfortunately, it seems Events Booking cannot be used to meet this requirement. In this case, I think you will have to :
1. Activate Shopping Cart feature (go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Activate Shopping Cart, set it to Yes).
2. Create 3 different each events. Each ticket type is an event.
3. Users browse for your site can see these events and add it to "shopping cart". They can enter the number of tickets they want for their booking for each event (ticket type). However, there are two limitations here (compare to your requirement) :
- They cannot enter detail information for each ticket type (for example, if they want to book for 10 people for a ticket type, they cannot enter detail information of these 10 people).
- You cannot limit maximum quantity they can book for each ticket type (10 in your case). Users can book for any number of tickets they want (of course you can set total tickets for each event - using capacity field) .
Hope my explanation is clear to you. Please try the solution I mentioned above to see whether it works .
