Not receiving cancellation emails

Hi!
I've double checked all of my settings. When a client cancels their registration, they see the on-screen confirmation, but they are not receiving the actual cancellation email.

All admin are receiving their emails but the clients are not. Please advise how this can be fixed.

Hi Katherine

It is how the extension designed to work, no bug here. When someone cancel his registration, the system will only send notification to administrators, it doesn't notify the owner in this case .
