Can't get my registration visible on my website

I have followed all directions but can not get the registration on my website. I have everything else in place. I am probably not getting the "embed into article" correct... but any advice/help/video tutorial would be much appreciated!!

The simplest way would be creating a menu item to link to the event so that customers can click on the menu item to see event, then click on register button to register for that event. I tried doing that. I don't have the "category view" option or "category list" you have my info now. Waiting to see if you can figure it out.
