Group Custom Fields not billing

The individual registration / billing works great however the group registration does not calculate properly.

I have several custom fields options and with some of them there are additional fee calculations.
In the Group area I can see the custom fields and select them but the

Group Registration Confirmation screen does not show all the extra fee items.
Is this a setting problem or how do I correct it?

Maybe there is something wrong with your settings. Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you .
