Submit and Event - Error 310

I purchased EventsPro component. Everything is working fine, except, "Submit Event" results in the following error:
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

Please help.

More information: I have a menu item called "Submit Event". The menu item type is Submit Event. When a user clicks on this menu item, nothing happens for a while, and then the error message Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) comes up.

On the back end, I have allowed all public access to Submit Event, Manage Registrant, View Registrants, etc. All are working fine except the Submit Event option. It fails every time.

First of all, in Events Booking, public users cannot submit events, you must login before submitting events.
