The only issue with this option would be that my customer would not have the possibilty to reply different for each new event he makes.
Each event could have other guidelines that are only given to the users when they have paid.
could you consider this ?

OK. Then I will add two messages : One in Configuration and one under each event. When you create an event, if you leave the message under event empty, the one in global configuration will be used.

This feature is now available on latest download (I just updated to server few days ago). So if you want to use this feature, simply download latest version from My Downloads menu item and upgrade it to your site .

I'm confused now..
I need to download & install the event booking from my download account ...
But they are the same build number, how do i know which version has the upgrade ?
Also, assuming the upgrade was in this download, which items have been modified to have this working ?
There are many screens in the configuration block & also the event block, but which one should i fill in ..
I assume it would be the "Thank you message (offline payment)"
but still after I have set the user to "Paid" I do not receive a mail with the details..
Please advice.
