Hi Mike

Although the version number has not changed yet, the version in My Downloads area is always latest version and It has the feature you want. So simply download and upgrade it to your site .

The messages (config options) you need to enter is :

Registration Approved Email Subject
Registration Approved Email Body

You can also found the options when create events.


The email will only be sent if you go to Events Booking -> Registrants, click on the icon in the Published column (the red icon) to publish (approve) the registrants. It won't be sent in case you click on the registrant to edit and set registration status to Paid.

Hello, I read through this thread which is telling me that when I change an "offline payment" registrant to "paid" that an email will be sent. That is not happening for me. What is happening, is that the user recieves an email after he makes registers and chooses to pay offline that is titled "Event registration confirmation". That is what I want, I want to first let the user know that they are registered for the event, but I also want a follow up email when I change their status to "paid".

To be very specific, this is actually the flow that I need for my registrants when they are paying offline:
  1. User registers for an event and chooses to pay off-line
  2. User receives an email confirming that they registered.but not guaranteeing them spot in the event.
  3. I verify the user manually and verify there is spot for the user in the registered event
  4. If there is a spot available in the event I will change their status to paid and I want an email sent confirming they have a spot reserved
  5. If there is no spot available in the event I will change their status to canceled and I want an email sent confirming there is no spot reserved for them.

Is there an option or something that I need to do to make this happen? I do have the latest download installed.
