Last Name field not displaying

Last Name field not displaying was created by bfrylinck
Hi
I have done the field mapping for the Last Name field to CB's lastname field but only the First Name field is displaying on the registration form. All other fields mapped to CB are ok. What am I doing wrong here?

Solved: I found that I had to configure the fields to show in the billing information in the individual event.
