Paypal Error

Hello again,
Recently I set up events booking for a client and they are saying that their customers are having issues with paypal. at first it was with sandbox, but after i set it to live everything looked fine. You were able to access paypal, but his customers are saying that the system accepted her credit card thru paypal but did not issue her a receipt nor did it put the money into our paypal account. Im not sure if you can help, but if you have any idea what could be happening that would be great.

Hi Chris

If your registrants made payment but the money is not added to your account, then there must be something with your Paypal account. In this case, I think you will have to call Paypal and ask them why the money has not added to your account. This payment is handled by Paypal and Event Booking cannot do anything to change it .
