Setting up a 'Room Hire'

Hi,
As well as events, the business also has a room for hire. Is there a good way to setup events booking for the room.
We should be able to add when the room is available - and allow people to book the dates (from - to) that they need - is this possible or a possible future feature?

Unfortunately, the room booking feature like you asked is not available in Events Booking. Maybe you will have to find a room booking or hotel booking extension for that purpose. Events Booking can only handle Events Registration, not room hire (or booking) .

Why not make events limited to 1 ticket in blocks that you want to rent the room? July 31st 8-12, July 31st 12-4, August 1st 8-12, etc
