Event list / table modification

I would like to modify the table with the event details/properties.
I would like to show the event hour (because the events are limited to a few hours)
Also we would like to remove some things, like the available places.

I tried to modify the default.php in the components/com_eventbooking/views/events/tmpl folder without success (nothing happens)
Is there another place where the table is configured ?

Is there also a possibility to change the order of the fields in the event registration ?
