Wait List not working

I am new to Joomla and Event Booking. I have event that is full and want to create the wait list function. I have turned the feature on and entered my event capacity but the article page displays the following message - We are no longer accepting registration for this event.

How do I turn this off and allow rge details to be enetered into the wait list?

Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Activate waitinglist feature", set it to Yes. After that, it will work as expected .

Yes I have this and that's why I get this message. The site is -mesc.iamevents.com.au

Then click on registration on the menu bar.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and fix it ?
