custom views and override

Hi,
i'd like to override the views in order to make a change to the default template of the event,
- like copying the folder "views" inside the html folder of my template, and modifying it, but it seems not to work,
how can I override the templates?

I know I could open the views inside the component folder and directly change the code,
but I want to keep it clean...
