Help making form readable

I have to admit I am not sure what part of the PHP code of the default.php page I am able to tweak to make happen what I want to happen.

Here is the event I am working on.

I have a few custom fields in there that I want to have vertical not horizontal in order to make things read easier for those who are registering.

This is my only real issue at this point. Everything else seems to be working great.

This link should take you straight to the event page which looks great. Then once you click the register individual button this is the page I need help with.

If the link does not work try this one for the main page www.wrra.comcastbiz.net/ and go to the side bar upcoming events and click on the event showing and then click on the register individual button.
