Registrations not coming thru

Registrations not coming thru was created by kohagen
After I put the latest upgrade on, I am noticing that I have people registering. I get the confirmation emails on the admin side, and they get it on the registrants side, and I see Paypal being charged and confirmed.

However, when I goto to the registrants list in the back end, it says nobody has registered and there is no information there about them?
