Event Booking showing wrong number of registrants

Hello,

Event Booking is showing the wrong number of registrants for one of our events. It shows that we have 12 registrants, but when you click to view the list only 3 are shown. When I look at the Registrants list in the back end, there are only 3 listed for that event.

What's wrong? How can it be fixed?

Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Include Group Billing Records in registrants managemenet", set it to Yes. After that, the records will be showed properly .

Thanks, Tuan. Which tab is that located under? I looked under General, Billing Fields, and Group Member Fields and don't see that option listed.

It is under General tab (version 1.4.4) .

I upgraded to 1.4.4, found the item. It's set to "Yes" by default. Saved, cleared cache, refreshed the page, and it's still showing 12 registrants, but only listing 3.

Are there any Group Registration Records ?

OK - I see that now it's showing that one of the registrants is a group of 10, so that accounts for the difference.
