Remove registering user from View List?

I have got a lot of people using Group Booking, which is great.

But when they view list, they see their name and then the people they booked in the group. If they are in the group they see themselves twice.

I know the amount of registrations is correct, that is not a problem, but some are confused and think they have booked twice by accident.

Is it possible to just make View List show registered users only and not include the person that made the group booking as well?
