Group Registration Notification

I may have missed this, but I can't find the answer in the documentation. When you perform a group registration, is there a setting you can make so that each person in the registered group gets the confirmation email?

In the current version of the extension, when someone perform group registration, only the user who make the registration will received email. Other users in the group won't receive email. That's how the extension works .

This is a problem in some circumstances.

1. We attach a file to the event. This only gets sent to the person who booked. The rest of the group booking people don't get it.
2. We add final details to the confirmation email. Same problem.

Please consider changing this functionality.

I think I will implement this feature into the extension in future releases (1.4.5 or 1.4.6) . Basically, I think we can add a config option which allows admin choose to send confirmation emails to group members or not .

I thought I saw that this group notification issue was addressed in the release notes: www.joomdonation.com/components/events-booking.html , #13. I updated to 1.4.5, and I can't figure out a way to make this work. Am I reading those features incorrectly?

Hi

You need to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Send confirmation email to all group members, set it to Yes. After that, when someone makes a group booking, all group members will receive notifications !
