Confirmation Page and Email Questions? was created by dupree1015
Hello,
I have both a question and a challenge with confirmations after registration.
First, instead of showing the registrants address information in the confirmation I would like to show only the registrants name/s and then the information for the event itself and want to know if this is possible. For example:
Confirmation Number:
Registrant's Name:
Event Name:
Event Date:
Event Time:
Event Location Address:
Also, I have images that are inserted inside the Email confirmation text as well as the Website Confirmation Page Text. It seems that the images are showing for the website confirmation page, however, in the Email confirmation, only the Alt. Text is showing, not the images, even if I click download images/show images. Is there something that I need to do so that they show in the emails other than uploading them and inserting them inside the editor?
Thanks for your assistance.
Cathy

Hi
I had the same problem with emails. It appears to be an issue with the editor stripping out the email path. When the email arrives at the recipient, the url is showing images/imagename, shich clearly is no good. It should show the absolute path with the http://sitename/images...
I tried a number of things, but the relative address kept being put in, until I hit Toggle Editor, and entered the absolute path into the <img> tag. and hey presto it worked.
Hope that helps.
