I have submitted a support ticket yesterday to you regarding this.
I can't get my NAB Transact plugin to work as it should? Could you please help me as soon as you are able? I really need this working by April 16th (with testing time) if possible.
Offline payments & Paypal are working as they should except that only one item is listed in the Paypal invoice rather than all the multiple events registered? The total is correct in paypal however.
The invoice for offline payments shows all events registered for and email confirmations are correct also.
We are in different timezone, so please give me at least 24 hours for support. I am checking support tickets at the moment and you will receive my response soon .
