Recurring classes showing up multiple times in mod

I am using this to display workshops ....one of the workshops is a recurring event that happens every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. How do I prevent this from showing up multiple times in the module view? I only need it to display once! Otherwise I get 50 of these before you can scroll to a different workshop that is at a later date.

Right now, the only way is that you unpublish all the events which you don't want to be showed . If the events is published, it will be showed in the module .
