How to change # of registrants was created by tspielmann
Hi, I have a booking for 11 seats of an event, now I need to change this to 10 ....sadly I cannot change the amount of participants in the admin anywhere?
Is there any other way than deleting the entire booking and re-doing it ?
Thanks !
p.s. this is for one group booking, not individual ones

hi,
I do it in phpMyAdmin ( base) - (jos)_eb_registrants.You can change all data you put during registration. Unfortunately we can't edit it in EB
Anyway time to time it seems to be faster unregister and register again...

Tuan,
maybe this should be considered even as a BUG rather than an option?

It is not a bug. Basically, when you change number of registrants, the system will have to change registration price..... if not, total registration price will be wrong. That's the reason we disable edit number of registrants for group registration from back-end .

What about front end changes? If a user needs to cancel 1 out of their group, is the only option to cancel, pay again (and hope no one takes the spots they want), and get a refund for the original booking (costing additional transaction fees)?

We cannot process refund automatically when someone cancel their registration. Basically, when someone cancel their registration, the system will email administrator so that they will know about this cancellation. You might contact them to ask for the refund and they will process it .
Also, the system doesn't allow you to cancel registration for individual member in Group Registration. If you cancel, the registration for whole group will be cancelled .
Hope my explanation is clear to you .
Regards,
Tuan
