Is it possible to turn off Quantities in the Shopping Cart? I don't want users to be able to add more than one individual event.

Hi

You cannot turn off this field. However, you can force it to be 1 and users cannot change it . Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Prevent duplicate registration, set it to Yes. After that, it will work as expected .
