I recently held an event with hundreds of registrations and the system worked beautifully but at the end when I went to reconcile the Paypal payments received to the registrants in Event Booking there were a few (6) that did not appear in Event Booking listing.
So I took a look at the database and all the information for these registrants was there but the record was unpublished. I realised that three of these names had apostrophes in them eg O'Connor, O'Reilly and O'Neill so I wondered whether this might be a known bug. Can you please tell me if there is a fix for this?
I don't know about the other three though. There is nothing different about them to help me identify what might have gone wrong. Can you tell me if there are known problems between Paypal legacy payments and Event Booking?
