Hi
It seems you either using an old version of the extension (the current version is 1.4.4) or there is some thing in your site template causing the issue. In case you use latest version (1.4.4), please submit a support ticket contains administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you .
Regards,
Tuan

I'm currently running 1.4.3. Forgive me for asking a silly question, but where do I download the latest version? There's no updates in my Extension Manager so do re-download the files from my order history? If so, will I loose all of the current events I have on the site?
Thanks for the support,
Jake
