Best way to get support? was created by NeilT
I know that we all suffer with time zones, :blink: and no problem with this. But what is the best way to get help/support for this.
I pay money, get a very fast response, but have a problem, and a question.

Ticket support issued, no reply (so far)

Just seeing what others have found to be the best?

Hi

The best way to get support when you have issues is submitting a support ticket (like you did). Usually, it will take us 24 hours to give response (weekend is alitle slow because sometime I don't work on Sunday - need to spend sometime with family).

Back to your questions, you submitted the support ticket at 6pm yesterday. It is now 8:30 am, and I just started to reply to customer's emails, then support tickets... . You can expect to receive my response in the next few hours .

Hi Neil

I was busy all day today to add some new features into Event Booking (will be released in version 1.4.5 in the next two weeks). Just went to support ticket systems to reply to your ticket (edited code in your site template to solve the issue). It works well now. Please go to your site to check it !
