Community Builder Integration

Hello,

I need a little help. For some reason when I integrate with Community Builder to Auto fill fields, it doesn't work. I go into the configuration of event booking to map the fields, but don't see all the CB fields, therefore I can't map firstname field.

I see some CB fields, but not all of them.

Please assist....

The system should show all CB fields. Could you please let me know what fields are not available in the dropdown ?

As shown in the picture...that is all that is available.

We worked together via support ticket system and solved the issue. If someone got the same issue, simply go to Community Builder -> Configuration, find the config option Name Style and change it to Using First Name and Last name field. After that, it will be available in the list and you can map it with first name and last name field in EB !
