Receipt received but no registration

I am using Event Booking for our yearly convention registrations. I had a member register, she received a receipt from authorize.net. However, I did not get her registration. How would this happen?

I'm having the same problem on a site. I installed the newsiest version 1.4.4 (or something like that) and it still doesn't work. The whole process seems to go okay then they get sent to paypal and when the transaction is completed i have to click on go back to shop and there it displays the booking info etc but i don't get any emails from the system saying i've registered a place etc, and the event still shoes no places booked, but the paypal email comes though. I'm running this on j2.5.1 i have logged a support request, so hopefully this gets resolved soon.

My registrations are working correctly. It was just this one registration.
