2 quick questions re: custom field values and cart was created by kristen
Hi
Just setting up my first online registration and I have two quick (I hope) questions:
1) I have some custom fields where the user must select a course subject from a drop down list of possible choices. It works fine for selecting, but then on the "check out confirmation page" all the courses that were selected are replaced with another value, so basically the summary is all wrong. Any ideas why this is happening?
2) Is there a way to see a sub-total of your cart? I have some additional add on items that are calculated in the grand total, but do not appear in the summary of the cart, so it is a little confusing.
Thanks for your help!
Kristen

Ah-ha, I figured out the solution to my question #1. I will share for anyone who might have the same issue.
The reason my custom field values were getting messed up on the summary page is that I was using the same "name" for the different fields under "field management", even though I had different titles.
Changing the "name" so each field was unique solved the problem. Sounds straight forward enough, but it was not obvious at the time to me as the fields were all related and I thought "name" could be used kind of like a category.
Still looking for a solution for the sub-total in the cart...anyone??
Thanks,
Kristen

Hi Kristen
Right now, sub Total is not displayed in the cart page. I will consider adding support for it for the release of version 1.4.5 !
Regards,
Tuan
